Introduction
Today, We gather here to celebrate International Women's day, a day dedicated to all the women out there, recognizing the incredible achievements and contribution of them. Women have played the main roles in shaping society, leading, movement and transforming industries. Women have always been at the forefront of change, whether it is in science, politics, education or arts field. From Kalpana Chawla to soared in space to Malala Yousafzai, champions girls' education women continued to redefine possibilities.

Challenges and Progress
While we have made progress, deep rooted issues such as gender based violence, wage disparities, and limited leadership still exist. however real change always require collective effort, starting to government, society and individuals.

Call to Action
This year's theme is going to be, For all the Women and Girls: Right, Equality, Empowerment', is a call to action. it urges us to uplift the women around us, make sure they equal opportunity to prove themselves and succeed. Empowering women means providing them the tools, education and most importantly, the confidence to take charge of their own lives.
