We serve excellent birthday party decoration services at home. JanamdinWale.com introduces a variety of services including personalized decorations, themed parties, balloon arrangements, centerpieces, and photo booth setups. Being a trustworthy platform, we strive to make your birthday celebration completely special and memorable. 

Client Responsibilities

• Regarding the client's responsibilities, it would be ideal to provide a suitable space for the decorations. The area must be free of obstructions and clean before the team's arrival. 
• Children and pets must be supervised and should be kept away from decoration to execute everything hassle-free. 

Liability – 

JanamdinWale.com would not be liable for any sort of damage to property or injury to any individual caused by the decorations once the installation is done. 

Decorations Use – 

We mention here clearly that all provided decoration is completely for temporary use only. It must not be altered, removed, or moved by anyone other than our team. If any damage occurs to decorations, it would be the client’s responsibility, and probably have to pay additional charges. 

Booking and Payment At JanamdinWale.com – 

You may contact us via phone, email, or through our web portal to book our services. We would like to recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to have hassle-free availability. You would need to deposit 50% of the total cost while booking. The remaining balance you can submit on the day of the event. We accept payments in different ways such as bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. 

What About The Cancellations and Refunds – 

• To cancel a booking, you need to notify us at least 7 days before the event. 
• Following the unlikely event, that we would not be able to impart the agreed-upon services; you will have a full refund. There will be no refund once the service is provided.
• You should contact us as soon as possible in case you require any sort of changes regarding booking including the date, time, location, etc. At JanamdinWale.com, we always do our best to accommodate your requests in the best possible way. 

Clients’ Privacy – 

We always believe in ensuring you have the best privacy. Our clients do not need to contemplate a lot while sharing any sort of personal information since it will be used solely for the motto of imparting our services.
